Wide plank hickory floors warm the floor of the great room on the second floor. Here you can enjoy the 20’ ceilings and huge windows with majestic lake and mountain views. Relax in front of the fireplace after enjoying a meal in the dining room that seats 16. Adjacent to the living room is the chef’s kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, a 48” Wolf range, wall oven, microwave and warming drawer. The kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking essentials for you to use with high-end products and appliances.
Another king master suite can be found on this floor. It includes a 46” 3D LED TV, private bath with heated Travertine floors, custom cabinetry and a Jacuzzi tub. Sliding doors lead way to a large deck.
The third floor loft showcases a Connelly pool table, vaulted ceilings, 46” 3D LED TV, stereo, CD changer and stunning lake views. This floor includes a king master suite with clear cedar vaulted ceilings, fireplace, 46” 3D LED TV and has views of Lake Tahoe and East Bowls ski run as well as access to the outdoor decks. The private bath has heated floors, floor-to-ceiling shower and custom cabinetry. The other third floor bedroom has two queen beds, vaulted ceilings and gorgeous lake views.
Enjoy the luxuries and comfort of home at this stunning mountainside gem. Every attention to detail has been observed in every bedroom, WiFi and a fax/printer/scanner. We also note that the window are tinted w/ screens on the ones that open, but there is no window coverings on any of the rooms.
Supplies: A starter pack of paper goods and soap will be provided. Unlike a hotel, we do not replenish these supplies, and you are responsible for your own supplies during your stay. Each home has a coffee pot and basic kitchen pots and pans, dishes, flatware and glasses. Not all homes have cooking oil and spices. Please plan accordingly.
This home is best suited for guests seeking a quiet retreat in the mountains. If you are looking to have a "festive" vacation and a place to party this home would not be a great fit.
This home has air conditioning but note that you will not be offered a refund if the AC unit quits working during your stay.
We do charge Dog Fees but we love animals and always want to make sure your fur animal can make it with you to enjoy your vacation with you. There is a $75 pet fee per animal per day but if you are staying more than three days we will cut you a break on the pet fees.
ELEVATOR The elevator is no longer in service due to a renter who damaged our main door. We do not know when it will be repaired. We are NOT offering any refunds if you book! Renter is responsible for paying all fees regardless of whether or not they stay in the home after booking.
• INTERNET/TV
Problems with internet/TV/phone, do not constitute a reason for a refund under any circumstances. In most cases, a time frame for re-connection cannot be guaranteed as dependent on cable company. We are
also unable to provide computer/TV/technical gadget assistance as a rental agency. Cable companies sometimes take several days to schedule for a repair. This is beyond our control. You may not use the internet for any activity which is in violation of any laws. This specifically includes, but is not limited to, file sharing (torrent). If we receive knowledge of misuse of the internet we may terminate the internet access and/or lease without refund and seek damages from the renter on the reservation. The renter understands and acknowledges to be responsible for his / her guests. For any other computer setup stuff, like adding media players, printers we recommend the support of a local computer geek. You may not tamper with our equipment or alter any settings without our prior written approval.
Pet Policy: Dogs are the only animals allowed but they must be approved by the owner first. No more than two dogs are allowed. Sorry, no Husky / Malamute breeds allowed. The following terms, conditions, and restrictions apply: If excess hair is left in home from pets you will pay an additional $200 cleaning fee. All pet droppings must be removed from the premises and disposed of prior to departure or a fee will apply to clan up after your pet. Guests are responsible for actions of their pets. Pets are not permitted to wander from the rental property, or in any way disturb neighboring properties or their residents. Should the welfare of the rental property or quiet enjoyment of any neighbor be compromised, you will be required to remove the pet from the premises. Should this occur, you remain responsible for fulfilling all other rental conditions and the financial commitment for the en. It tire rental period.
The pet fee is $75 per dog per day. If you're staying more than two days we can work out a discount. The presence of undeclared or unauthorized pets in any home will result in a $500 undeclared pet fee, as well as possible eviction and forfeiture of pre-paid rents.
The Property may contain residual animal dander of various types and can affect its suitability for Tenants with allergies.
NO REFUNDS: We are not offering refunds for any reasons. Renters are responsible for paying all fees regardless of whether or not they stay at the home after booking it. In order to comply with the City of South Lake Tahoe's Vacation Rental Ordinance for occupancy and parking the exterior of this home is monitored by a video camera. The Property has one security cameras facing the front yard/driveway area, the back of the house/deck. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons only, In the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property.
