Luxurious, newly remodeled 3 BR/2.5 BA located in the Tahoe Keys, perfect for one large family or 2 families with children. Enjoy beautiful views of Mt.Tallac along with the Tahoe Keys water ways. Two story home with living areas and decks on both floors. Large family room and bathroom on ground floor as well as a BR with bunk beds and a twin plus a full, another with 2 twins. Upper floor has master bedroom with king size bed, full bath with shower and jetted tub. Kitchen with wrap around bar and granite countertops is open to livng area with gas fireplace.

A wonderful location both summer and winter. Large grassy, fenced backyard right along the Tahoe Keys. Great for fishing and playing in the water or the snow! This home includes a boat dock and is on a cul-de-sac, so a great area for the kids to ride bikes or play outside. Easy outlet to Lake Tahoe casinos and restaurants; Camp Richardson is just 5 minutes away for beach volleyball or a Rum Runner! Only 3.5 hours from SF and 1.5 hours from Sacramento.

No air conditioning, but with our great Tahoe summers, its rarely needed!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of this reservation may result in a cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs PRIOR to 60 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be $500. If cancellation occurs WITHIN 60 days of arrival date, all rental payments will be forfeited, unless the space is re-rented. If your unit is re-booked for the same period, a full refund (less $500 cancellation fee) will be made. If a portion of your time is re-booked, a pro-rata portion of the rental payments will be refunded (less $500 cancellation fee). If it is rented during a holiday we require you to cancel 90 days prior to your arrival. Same rules apply for the holiday re-booking process for cancellation policy for refund minus the $500 cancellation fee.
Owner reserves the right to cancel this reservation should the property be removed from the vacation rental market. If this is the case, a full refund will be issued, and every effort will be made to locate a suitable replacement property.

On rare occasion, a reserved property may become unavailable due to unanticipated conditions beyond our control. We accept no liability for such an occurrence, financial or otherwise, but will make every effort to provide you with equal accommodation at the same rental rate. If we are unable to do so, or if you do not accept a provided alternative, the unused rental fees and charges will be refunded.

Deposit Policy
Reservations booked 60 days or more in advance of the rental start date are confirmed when one half of the total rental fee is received; the remaining balance is due 30 days before occupancy. Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date are confirmed on receipt of the entire rental fee and damage deposit with any additional charges related to your rental. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard ONLY! We no longer accept Damage Deposits. We have went with the Accidental Damage Insurance Policy's. Please see Policy Information. We also have available Travel Insurance. Please see Contract or ask us for your protection and your return of money if something should come up and you are not able to make your reservation.

I just wanted to let you know how much our family enjoyed our time at this house last summer. We had a family reunion there the first week of August and my whole family was able to come and go the whole week we were there. One of my sons even brought his boat up so the dock definitely came in handy. One day the whole tribe went out for a bike ride. One of my grandsons even posted a picture of me and his mother going down the bike trail on facebook. We also took the gondola up by the casinos. What a spectular ride! We gave that kitchen quite a workout and even used the grill on the deck. All in all, we had a great time and didn't even turn theTV on once.

Best Family Vacation House!!

We arrived at the home for the 4th of July weekend for our family vacation (included 5 kids and a dog). I have to say, the neighborhood is BEAUTIFUL and the house is at the end of a culdesac, so it was nice to let the kids ride their bikes. The pictures that are online do not do this home justice! The home is GEORGEOUS and so spacious with plenty of room for the adults to hang out and the kids in a whole other area. The backyard is nicely taken care of and is large and gated which was nice since we had our furry child with us! There was one negative to the house and that was the boat dock. The boat dock is not taken care of and is falling apart and my kids got several splinters by being on it. Other than the boat dock, this house is AMAZING!
