Find your home away from home in this clean and cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner condo that sleeps 8 comfortably.

Located on the water at the marina in the Tahoe Keys, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the water and Heavenly, as well as have use of all the amenities of the Tahoe Keys area- including the indoor heated pool just steps from your door! The home includes one king master bedroom, one king bedroom, and a third with a full size bed and bunks. Amenities of the home include the private entrance, deck with a gas grill overlooking the water and the mountains, grassy yard, washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, and a boat dock.

The Tahoe Keys is a picturesque and quiet neighborhood; a perfect respite after a long day at the beach, on the slopes, or a long night on the town! You’ll be just 10 minutes from Heavenly, shopping, restaurants and the casinos. Be sure to visit Camp Richardson’s Beacon Restaurant and enjoy a Rum Runner or two on the beach! Emerald Bay is a must see- look for the bald eagles’ nests, and try to spot one of the awesome birds. The Tahoe Keys are especially convenient for Bay area visitors with the location only 3 minutes from US 50. Towels and linens are provided in this rental. TV, cable, WIFI and DVD player.

No air conditioning, but with our great Tahoe summers, its rarely needed!

Access to all of the Tahoe Keys amenities (tennis, beach, pool, jacuzzi) for a slight daily fee. NO Animals allowed unless it is a service animal.

  • Parking is somewhat limited here with 2 with permits allowed spots with no street parking allowed

  •  We have a strict no party policy, the registered guest will need to be 25+, excessive use of the property/ extra cleaning required/ failure to follow checkout procedures/ breech of rental agreement will result in steep additional charges

  • This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

  • This home sits in a quiet (mostly residential) neighborhood and therefore extra consideration should be made to keep the noise down.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of this reservation may result in a cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs PRIOR to 60 days before arrival, the cancellation fee will be $500. If cancellation occurs WITHIN 60 days of arrival date, all rental payments will be forfeited, unless the space is re-rented. If your unit is re-booked for the same period, a full refund (less $500 cancellation fee) will be made. If a portion of your time is re-booked, a pro-rata portion of the rental payments will be refunded (less $500 cancellation fee). If it is rented during a holiday we require you to cancel 90 days prior to your arrival. Same rules apply for the holiday re-booking process for cancellation policy for refund minus the $500 cancellation fee.
Owner reserves the right to cancel this reservation should the property be removed from the vacation rental market. If this is the case, a full refund will be issued, and every effort will be made to locate a suitable replacement property.

On rare occasion, a reserved property may become unavailable due to unanticipated conditions beyond our control. We accept no liability for such an occurrence, financial or otherwise, but will make every effort to provide you with equal accommodation at the same rental rate. If we are unable to do so, or if you do not accept a provided alternative, the unused rental fees and charges will be refunded.

Deposit Policy
Reservations booked 60 days or more in advance of the rental start date are confirmed when one half of the total rental fee is received; the remaining balance is due 30 days before occupancy. Reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date are confirmed on receipt of the entire rental fee and damage deposit with any additional charges related to your rental. We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard ONLY! We no longer accept Damage Deposits. We have went with the Accidental Damage Insurance Policy's. Please see Policy Information. We also have available Travel Insurance. Please see Contract or ask us for your protection and your return of money if something should come up and you are not able to make your reservation.

Everything was perfect! We could not ask for anything more regarding location! The drive to the casinos was a breeze and it was nice to come back to the quietness of Tahoe Keys. I've rented a house in Tahoe Keys before but this condo seemed more convenient since it was so close to the beach.
